Vacancy announcement shall be made via print media/television and website of BMML Ferro            Alloys Pvt Ltd. 

Application Procedure

   Candidates should submit their application and credentials to HRD for review which shall include :

• BMMLFAPL employment Application Form 
• Resume
• Copy of academic transcripts
• Copy of Citizenship Card
• Work experience certificate in case the applicant is already employed
• Medical and Security Clearance Certificate
• Any other information that may be required depending on circumstances.

 Short listing & Announcement

 The short-listing & announcement for candidates will be carried out by HR Committee as per the set   criteria which include :

• Written Test Panel
• Interview Group Discussion/individual presentations
• Academic achievement shall be considered only for the minimum qualification required for the position for the purpose of short-listing. However, all relevant transcripts shall be required as documentary proof
• The company may decide to conduct written tests where necessary and would be one of the bases to qualify the candidate for the interview.
• Company may contact former employers to confirm the candidate’s work record and to obtain their appraisal of the performance in the previous job.
• HRA will provide an offer letter detailing terms of employment and start date.
• Prior to posting of an employee to an office from where the requirement originated, the individual will complete and sign in the personal file.
