He hails from Pemagatshel and is a graduate of the College of Science and Technology (CST), having earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical currently serving as Gm Technical and actively involved in project and commissioning of 2*18MVA submerged Arc Furnace at BMML Ferro Alloys Pvt.Ltd

A seasoned electrical engineer with over 17 years of specialized in running Maintenance and project execution in Bhutan’s ferro-alloys industry. He has held key technical roles with leading companies including Ugyen Ferro Alloys and SKW-Tashi Metals.

Before joining BMML Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd. as the General Manager (Technical Department) in March 2025, he served for a decade as the Head of the Electrical Department at SD Eastern Ferro.
During his career, he has gained extensive expertise in high-voltage system, medium and high voltage substation, SF6 circuit breakers, vacuum circuit breakers, variable frequency drive (VFD), PLC and SCADA system. He now brings his deep technical leadership and Maintenance expertise to drive innovation and performance at BMML Ferro alloys Pvt ltd.
